If you’ve found your way here, you’re probably ready to ask for help. Asking for help is no easy task and I commend you of finding the courage. In a society where we are conditioned to think we can do it all, coming to terms with our humanness is humbling.

Trauma is a part of life. From the time we are young, we are imprinted by the events of our lives. We hold, within our bodies, the emotional imprints of past events and experiences. These imprints weave their way into our subconscious and play a major role in our present day beliefs, thought patterns and actions. I want to support you in unveiling defensive patterns through curiousity and an embodied awakening.

I rely on a variety of methods, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Safe & Sound Protocol and Art Therapy to aid individuals in creating awareness around traumas and discovering their innate power to heal themselves. When we take the time to heal ourselves, we are able to leave behind unhealthy patterns and distorted perceptions. This approach allows us to face the challenges of our lives with fresh eyes and an open heart and land back to our Authentic Self.
